Package Not "Delivered":
If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. Ask your local mail carrier (our cute packaging makes our packages memorable, so your mail person may just remember what happened!) 3. If all else fails, contact your local post office and file a claim.
