Processing time:

Package Not "Delivered":
If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. Ask your local mail carrier (our cute packaging makes our packages memorable, so your mail person may just remember what happened!) 3. If all else fails, contact your local post office and file a claim. You may email us about this and we can discuss options, however please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS system and we will do the best we can to help.
USPS Lost Package:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where USPS or UPS have lost a package. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at info@bohowesternboutique.com if this occurs with your order.
